Children’s Ministry Training Conference Was a HUGE Success

Our first Children’s Ministry Training Conference (CMTC), held on August 17th, 2024, was a resounding success. We were blessed to have individuals from seven counties, three denominations, and eighteen churches join us. The conference, led by our Club Coordinator, Patti Hale, is just the beginning of many more to come. 

The conference is designed for adults from all Christian denominations passionate about sharing the Gospel with children to equip them with tools to win the next generation to Jesus Christ. CMTC provides comprehensive training for leaders, focusing on practical skills such as delivering a clear evangelistic message to elementary-age students, emphasizing Jesus as the Hero in Bible lessons, and inspiring their spiritual influence as teachers. 

Moreover, the conference serves as a platform for children’s ministry workers to connect, share their experiences, discuss challenges, and collectively work toward finding effective solutions. This aspect of the conference is designed to foster a sense of community and support among the attendees.  

At the heart of our work, Child Evangelism Fellowship®’s mission is to partner with churches in our community to bring the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ to boys and girls in their neighborhoods. We aim to establish them in the Word of God and a local church for Christian living. These newly established training conferences will be an essential part of continuing to bring the Christian community together in our shared goal of sharing the Good News.
