Welcome New CEF State Director Lacey Wilkins

After months of searching, we are thrilled to announce that we have hired a new state director for CEF of Tennessee! Please join us in welcoming and praying for Lacey Wilkins, she will enter this new role in March 2025.
Lacey is currently the executive director of Stepping Stones, a ministry dedicated to “assisting single women and women with children experiencing homelessness find their next steps to healing and stability through the love of Jesus Christ” (Stepping Stones Website). She has an impressive resume and, most importantly, a deep passion for the Lord and working with children.
Her career began in 2001 after she graduated from nursing school. Lacey spent four years working at Southern Hills Medical Center in the postpartum and nursery units. She then transitioned to a position at a Vanderbilt doctor’s office, where she cared for children battling cancer.
Lacey went on to work with Nurses for Newborns and served as the Vice President of Clinical Operations for 180 Health Partners. During this time, she also pursued her MBA at Lipscomb University, with a focus on non-profit leadership. While working towards her MBA she applied for her current role at Stepping Stones Safe Haven, Inc. Her efforts there have positively changed the lives of many women and children.
All the staff and volunteers at CEF of Greater Jackson cannot wait to see what the Lord will do through Lacey as our new State Director.
